Dickson Woo

Dickson Woo was appointed as Country General Manager and Technology Leader for IBM Malaysia in April 2024, holding the responsibility for all strategic and operational decisions related to IBM's sales, services, and operations in Malaysia.

Key to his mission is helping clients leverage hybrid cloud and AI technologies to help them further accelerate their digital transformation journey.

A seasoned technology veteran, with over three decades of regional and global experience, supports his strong understanding of the business challenges the clients face and shapes his commitment to enable them to innovate and succeed in this competitive landscape.

No stranger to IBM, his stint with leadership roles in the IT industry began as the Country Manager of System Technology Group, IBM Malaysia in 1996. Since then Dickson has held multiple management roles across Oracle, EMC, Microsoft, NTT, and Fortinet.

Throughout his career, Dickson has been consistently recognized as a key leader in the IT industry. In 2022, Dickson was recognised as World Digital Economy Distinguished Country Manager Lifetime Achievement Award by KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific. Most recently, in 2023, he was recognised with the World Digital Icon Leadership Award by KSI Strategic. Institute for Asia Pacific.

A recognized voice at industry events for topics such as cybersecurity and other Information Technology related topics, Dickson is also quoted frequently across both local and international media.

Stefan Hammond

Stefan Hammond is the former editor-in-chief of Computerworld Hong Kong and former managing editor of Telecom Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Arts from Northwestern Electronics Institute.

As Technology Editor for the Enterprise Group, Questex Media Asia, Hammond contributed to the periodicals Enterprise Innovation and Charged Magazine. He is the author of three books on Hong Kong films, the most recent being More Sex, Better Zen, Faster Bullets: The Encyclopedia of Hong Kong Film from Headpress Publishing, Oxford, UK. He also contributed to Shaken: Stories For Japan—a collection of original stories with royalties going to the 2011 Japan Relief Fund, administered by the Japan America Society of Southern California.

Kitman Cheung

Kitman Cheung is the Pre-Sales Engineering Leader for IBM ASEAN, bringing over 17 years of dedicated service to IBM. Throughout his tenure, Kitman has specialized in Analytics and, more recently, expanded his expertise to encompass AI, Automation, Security, and Hybrid Cloud technologies. He has held various technical positions across development, product management, partner ecosystem, and technical pre-sales organizations.

In his current role, Kitman works with key IBM customers in ASEAN on their digital transformation initiatives. The main goals of his team is to help customers deliver innovation solution using the latest AI, Automation, Security and Hybrid Cloud technologies.

Yang How Tung

Tung Yang How is the Storage Technical Specialist with IBM ASEANZK geography. He is the trusted advisor to client who are on their journey to Hybrid Cloud, Automation, Data and AI. He has more than 15 years of industry experience and is an expert in System and Storage Infrastructure solution and design, data protection and recovery technologies, SAN Networking, Virtualization, system availability and data centre consolidation.

As Silverlake Axis Senior Solutions Director, Tan Soo Eng is actively involved in compelling value creation across Silverlake’s AP footprints and multi-industries Strategic Partnerships.

Besides serving as Silverlake’s first Singapore Country Director for a decade, he held various Management Roles, such as a Regional Account & Programme Director and Strategy & Technology Advisor in Silverlake Group since 1993. He also co-founded and led one of Silverlake private entities that focuses on transformation through smart and emerging tech platform.

Prior to Silverlake, he has held several leadership roles & positions with a Commercial Bank.

Choon Yean serves as the zStack Leader for Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. He oversees the team dedicated to delivering value to clients through IBM zSystems and IBM LinuxONE solutions.

Manish Sharma

Worldline customers are Banking and financial services providers. Worldline builds solutions for Cards Issuing and Merchant Acquiring. Worldline's customers are constantly innovating and modernising. To aid this transformation, Manish and his team build and manage an effective ecosystem of partners to augment Worldline solutions.

Manish is based in Singapore and has managed sales and partner teams for VMware, Amazon web services, Microsoft and more recently for Stripe.
