At CII-CIO Conclave 2022, Karun was recognized as one of Leading CIOs in India. Karun is a University Gold Medalist from AC Tech – Anna University Chennai & an Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (PGSEM/PGPPM).

Giuliana Auinger

Giuliana Auinger is a Vice President at Schneider Electric, and leads the Sustainability Business across Asia Pacific, delivering Sustainability consulting and managed services to clients. The division’s mission is to help enterprises accelerate climate mitigation actions and reduce carbon emissions using technological solutions.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Giuliana was a Strategy consulting Partner at KPMG, practice leader at Axiom and management consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants and Booz & Company.

Giuliana has an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Bristol.

Mark Jobbins

Mark Jobbins is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Pure Storage in Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, he is responsible for driving technology innovations and customer success across the region.

With over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry, Mark is an accomplished technologist with a strong record of has continually proven his expertise in driving innovation and leading complex projects to successful outcomes.

A keen environmentalist, Mark takes pride in delivering cutting-edge solutions that not only have a significant positive impact on business agility, but also reducing the environmental impact of the technology deployed and increasing sustainability.

Mark has a BEng (Hons) in Computer Aided Engineering from Huddersfield University, UK. He currently resides in Melbourne, Australia.

Winston Thomas

Winston brings over 20 years of journalistic experience to CDOTrends.com. As the previous editor at Computerworld Hong Kong, CIO Asia and PCWeek Asia, he followed, edited and wrote how the Internet and the rise of the digital economy impacted businesses across various industries. Most recently, Winston served as N. Asia editor of CMOInnovation. Previous to his career in the media industry, he was a commodities broker and an abattoir manager in Singapore. He currently holds a B Sc. (Biology) with Merit, loves playing the piano and running marathon events.
