He led the Business Transformation Services (BTS) Growth Platform for IBM in ISA, before taking the role of a FSS Sector leader. His responsibilities include client management, building solutions & offerings/deal archetypes, go to market, team management.

Before joining IBM, Rishi has held leadership positions in organizations like Accenture and Wipro. Over 24+ years he has led & delivered many a transformation programs across Financial Services industry across India.

Previous to his career in the media industry, he was a commodities broker and an abattoir manager in Singapore. He currently holds a B Sc. (Biology) with Merit, loves playing the piano and running marathon events.

No stranger to the cloud world, Namrata has spent multiple years in Salesforce where she managed banking and insurance clients for Salesforce - HDFC, AXIS and Yes Bank to name a few. She specializes in large deal engagement and C- level interactions and has had tremendous success in her tenure thus far.

She has led multiple sales and services teams for data, analytics, and customer transformation programs for clients with focus on solving their business problems and drive value.

Namrata has also chaired Salesforce Women`s Network in Salesforce APAC and been D&I lead for SAP India.

Prior to IBM, he was an entrepreneur who built his own FinTech Platform in the auto lending space.
