Heru Sutadi born in Jakarta, April 1, 1970. After graduation from Electrical Engineering he continued his study and took master of science in Communication and follow doctoral degree in Innovation Management, and also took Executive Program in Graduate School for Business in University of Cape Town, South Africa. Beside formal education, Heru followed some courses and training about e.g. spectrum management, interconnection, mastering the internet, and regulation about telecommunication, broadcasting and online media. After 10 years worked for some telco company in Indonesia and some countries, He was elected as Commissioner of Indonesian Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in 2006 and reelected for second term in 2009 until May 2012. He is Executive Director for Indonesian ICT Institute, Commissioner at Indonesia Consumer Protection Agency and lecturer in some University. He involves in some ICT research in Indonesia and become leader for the digital Transformation, cybersecurity and data protection in Indonesia.
