COVID-19 is changing organizations forever. This is one of the conclusions of this study that saw GlobalData interviewing over 120 C-suites and IT decision makers from around the globe. They represent large enterprises from over 15 industry verticals. The responses form the foundation for the study that looked at the role of unified communications, collaboration and networking technologies. 

The study, which was commissioned by Telstra, goes further by highlighting five actions that companies need to consider when the economy opens. It also offers regional outlooks for North Asia, SEA/ANZ, Europe and the U.S., along with key recommendations for companies looking to survive and thrive during this crisis.
